Orio Decorative suspended acoustic luminaire
Available in two versions — with a surround, for a more sculptural volume, or without a surround, for a lighter, more airy presence - Orio can be used to create coherent visual compositions tailored to each space. Thanks to its satin-finish LED bar and anti-glare diffuser, it provides even illumination while giving dimension to the surrounding materials.
Although Orio was designed above all for its lighting performance and decorative effect, it also makes a discreet acoustic contribution thanks to its compact rPET covering. This through-coloured material subtly attenuates reverberation and contributes to a softer atmosphere without the need for major work or additional treatment.
Design & finishes: a unique visual presence
With its generous curves and through-coloured, thermally bonded rPET, Orio brings unique character to any space.
The range stands out for:
- two aesthetic options: with surround or without, allowing the style of the luminaire to be adapted to the project
- a visible rPET texture which is both uniform and warm, creating a soft, contemporary look
- a fully integrated satin-finish white LED bar which diffuses a pleasant light thanks to an anti-glare diffuser
- a floating impression, enhanced by its discreet suspension on aluminium cables
The different widths on offer can be used to create alignments or a focal point above a table, counter or meeting area.

Performance: enveloping light & subtle acoustic comfort
Orio combines light performance and 12 mm rPET to create a warm, soothing atmosphere.
Its satin-finish LED bar, available in 24 W, 36 W or 80 W, guarantees even, comfortable light, with a CRI of 80 for faithful colour reproduction.
Thanks to its generous dimensions — particularly in the version with a surround — Orio acts as a luminous shape which sculpts the space, ideal for restaurants, meeting rooms, reception areas or relaxation areas.
The coloured rPET material used for the entire luminaire also helps to soften reverberation and limit echoes, particularly in open spaces or those with a lot of hard surfaces.
By combining soft light, warm texture and low sound absorption, Orio provides a more comfortable visual and acoustic environment, while serving as a decorative centrepiece.
Recommended applications
Orio can be adapted to a wide variety of locations where light helps to create a high-quality atmosphere:
- Restaurants & hotels: intimate atmosphere, subdued lighting, centrepieces above the tables
- Tertiary spaces: stylish offices, meeting rooms, collaborative areas
- Reception: creating a strong visual identity
- Relaxation areas: lounge areas, waiting areas
- Cultural or leisure areas: emphasises interior volumes
The double version (with or without surround) allows you to play with the levels of visual presence and create coherent compositions according to the volumes.
Eco-responsibility & Arteck’s commitments
Orio is completely in keeping with Arteck’s responsible approach and incorporates:
- 100% recycled and recyclable rPET, derived from the reuse of plastic bottles (up to 96/m²)
- LED components with low power consumption, offering durability and long-term stability
- A+ VOC rating, guaranteeing excellent indoor air quality
- Local production to reduce the environmental impact
In this way, Orio combines decorative design, refined lighting and a commitment to the environment.
The Luma collection offers controlled lighting and a strong decorative presence. Thanks to their compact 12 mm rPET structure, the luminaires also provide discreet acoustic absorption, sufficient to reduce reverberation and create a more subdued atmosphere in open or resonant spaces. Their role is to naturally improve acoustic comfort, without replacing a complete acoustic treatment.
Yes. The models in the Luma range can be fully customised: specific dimensions, rPET colours, lighting configurations or special finishes. Customisation allows each luminaire to be integrated seamlessly into a design project or interior architecture.
Yes. Certain luminaires, such as Orio, allow you to choose a dome in a different colour from the base, offering greater creative freedom. This flexibility allows you to play with contrasts, material palettes and the visual identity of a space.
Luma luminaires are particularly suited to environments where lighting contributes to the atmosphere: restaurants, offices, meeting rooms, collaborative spaces, hotels, shops and reception areas. Their warm rPET texture, sculptural volume and soft light help to structure the space while creating a soothing atmosphere.
Absolutely. The Luma range has been designed to be modular and visually consistent. The different shapes, sizes and lighting configurations can be combined to create harmonious compositions, whether to add rhythm to an open-plan space, enliven a reception area or create a graphic ensemble in a meeting room.
