Reducing our impact on the environment and using environmentally friendly materials are a priority for Arteck. We are committed to concrete actions and do not hesitate to innovate in this direction. Eco-responsibility is central to our company's strategy.
We use sustainable and ecological materials
Creating products which respect the well-being of everyone can only be envisaged if these products respect the environment in the broadest sense. Arteck is aware that natural resources are not infinite. The scarcity of natural resources means that we need to protect the Earth’s ecological balance.
rPET fibre
With the Art’coustik designer collection we are breaking new ground with the use of compact rPET fibre, derived from the reuse of PET plastic bottles. It can be cut to any shape using our machines, and even used to create 3D objects. The only limit is your imagination!
Arteck has been a pioneer in the use of 100% recycled and recyclable rPET fibre since 2009.
PET bottles are transformed into absorbent fibre by thermal bonding.
0 toxic substances. 0 VOC emissions
Very specific actions
Our manufacturing process does not emit any volatile organic compounds and preserves fossil raw material resources since it uses only recycled bottles. In 2024 it was :
- 11.6 million bottles recycled thanks to our activity
- 60% energy savings as well as reduced CO2 emissions during production
FSC wood
We use FSC / PEFC certified wood, labels that guarantee sustainable forest management.
Fabrics
All our fabrics are certified Eco-Label, which guarantees the reduction of their impact on the environment, and OEKO-TEX, which certifies the absence of chemicals that are harmful to health.

and so is every solution.
French, local and responsive
We design and manufacture locally in our workshops in Miribel, near Lyon. This local base means we can reduce our carbon footprint, concentrate our expertise and respond quickly to your requests. For everything else, we prioritise French and European partners wherever possible.
We sort our office waste, paper and plastic, both in the offices and in the workshop, with the ELISE organisation, an employer of people with disabilities.
Our acoustic and fire certifications
- Acoustic standard NF EN ISO 354
- Complies with EUROCLASSE fire standard NF EN 13 501 / B-S2, d0 or M1
- All our tests are carried out in independent French laboratories, CSTB and LNE.
- Our fabrics are Trevira CS certified.
Our environmental certifications
- All our collections are Indoor Air Comfort Gold certified, guaranteeing zero VOC emissions.
- EPD sheets, testifying to a low carbon footprint
- LEED & BREEAM platinum certification: All our products therefore meet the conditions for use on your sites requiring LEED & BREEAM certification, both in France and internationally.
