Customer: any professional or private individual capable within the meaning of articles 1123 et seq. of the Civil Code, or legal entity, who visits the website which is the subject of these general terms and conditions.

Content: all the elements making up the information present on the website, in particular text – images – videos.

Customer Information: hereinafter referred to as “Information” which corresponds to all personal data which may be held by arteck-design.com for the management of your account, customer relations management and for analysis and statistical purposes.

User: Internet user connecting to and using the aforementioned site.

Personal information: “Information which enables, in any form whatsoever, directly or indirectly, the identification of the natural persons to whom it applies” (article 4 of law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978).

    The purpose of the website is to provide information about all the company’s activities, and it endeavours to provide information that is as accurate as possible.     Contractual limitations concerning technical data

    The website uses JavaScript technology. The website cannot be held responsible for any equipment damage linked to the use of the website. In addition, users of the website undertake to access the website using recent, virus-free equipment and with an up-to-date, latest-generation browser. The website is hosted by a service provider in the European Union in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: no. 2016-679).

    The aim is to provide a service which provides the highest level of accessibility. The host ensures continuity of service 24 hours a day, every day of the year. It nevertheless reserves the right to interrupt the hosting services for periods kept as short as possible for the purposes in particular of maintenance, improvement of its infrastructures, the malfunctioning of its infrastructures or if the Services are generating traffic deemed to be abnormal.

    As the party responsible for processing the data it collects, arteck-design.com undertakes to comply with the legal provisions in force. In particular, it is the responsibility of the company to establish the purposes for which its data is processed, to provide its prospects and customers with full information on the processing of their personal data, once their consent has been obtained, and to maintain an accurate register of such processing. Whenever the website processes personal data, arteck-design.com takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal data is accurate and relevant to the purposes for which it is processed.

    Purpose of the data collected

Furthermore arteck-design.com does not collect any “sensitive data”.

    Notification of incidents

    Despite our best efforts, no method of transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security breach, we will notify the users concerned so that they can take appropriate action. Our incident notification procedures take account of our legal obligations, whether at national or European level.     Applicable law and jurisdiction

    Any dispute in connection with the use of the arteck-design.com website is subject to French law.
