As part of the renovation of a former barracks into a modern, functional space, architects Arkedif were faced with a major challenge: to ensure optimum acoustics on a vast surface area spread over three floors, while integrating design elements that energize circulation spaces and reflect the identity of the site.

Solutions

To meet these requirements, Arteck supplied over 1,000 acoustic panels in a range of shades to ensure perfect acoustic optimization and harmonious integration into the space. The solutions implemented include .

• Plafo-Ultrasound: these ceiling-mounted acoustic panels ensure effective sound absorption while blending seamlessly into the overall aesthetics of the space.

• Chicago baffles: suspended in corridors, these red-tinted acoustic elements add a dynamic touch and serve as imposing hangers, lending a true architectural signature to the space.

These products demonstrate Arteck’s ability to offer high-performance acoustic solutions that meet technical constraints while enriching the visual identity of spaces.

Thanks to the integration of these acoustic solutions, the Cobalt project now benefits from spaces with optimized sound qualities, offering enhanced acoustic comfort for occupants.
