This warranty covers manufacturing defects and is based on measured performance (test reports available) carried out by independent laboratories.

Safety requirements (public buildings/public spaces/sports facilities)
For projects subject to stricter requirements (public buildings, sports facilities), we provide the necessary documents to compile a technically robust specification file: acoustic reports, fire resistance, indoor air quality, FDES, etc.
Upon specific request, certain solutions are tested according to DIN 18032-3 (ball impact) in order to meet the requirements of gymnasiums and multi-sport halls without compromising on acoustics.
After-sales service and repairs
Repairs and maintenance: Arteck offers a repair service to extend the life of its products. A specialist technician is available to assess the damage and propose repair solutions on site or in the workshop, thereby minimising waste.
Technical support: a dedicated technical support team is available to assist our customers during the installation of the products to ensure that installation is carried out according to best practice, with advice on the maintenance and optimisation of the acoustic and modular solutions.
