BVA
Innovative acoustic solutions which overcome technical constraints while enhancing the space
Challenge
As part of the refurbishment of its Paris offices, BVA, an expert in behavioural research, wanted to incorporate high-performance acoustic solutions.
The aim was to conceal the technical installations present in the ceiling while ensuring effective ventilation and respecting the existing architectural volumes.

Solutions
Arteck Design collaborated with the Gardera-Pastre architectural studio to propose custom acoustic solutions in perfect harmony with the architectural concept.
-
Custom-made ceiling slats made of compact rPET fibre: these slats offer optimum acoustic comfort, conceal unsightly technical elements, allow adequate ventilation and adapt to the curves of the walls.
-
Plafo-Ultrasound acoustic panels: installed in meeting rooms, these high-performance panels effectively absorb sound reverberations while allowing light to pass through.
-
Liego acoustic waffles: suspended from the ceiling, they help to absorb noise while adding a designer touch.
-
Tablosound acoustic artwork: used in the telephone booths, they combine acoustic efficiency with decorative aesthetics.
Results
Thanks to this work, BVA’s offices now benefit from optimised acoustics, a clean aesthetic and a comfortable working environment.
The solutions implemented have enhanced the architectural concept while meeting the company’s technical and aesthetic requirements.
