In charge of the interior design of a 5,000m² office building in a new program, the interior architecture agency Rayon Carré called on Arteck to acoustically equip the common landings spread over 3 floors.
The challenge? Not to be fixed to the ceiling, as too much technicality was involved.

Solutions

In collaboration with installer CDL, Arteck proposed a customized wall-mounting system for its San Diego ceiling baffles. Thanks to metal angle brackets fixed to the wall, the baffles could be installed without distorting the aesthetics of the project, while respecting the technical constraints.

Results

  • Warm, high-performance spaces that meet both technical and aesthetic requirements
  • Ceilings punctuated with our clay-colored suspended vertical acoustic baffles, contrasting with the wooden arches identifying the lot entrances.
  • Acoustic wall panels with graphic grooves (geo motif) that respond to the interplay of painted battens with geometric wooden add-on modules.
