Bringing dimension and acoustic comfort to spaces despite building constraints.
Challenge
Responsible for the interior design of a newly built 5,000 m² office building, interior architecture firm Rayon Carré turned to Arteck for help to improve the acoustics of the communal landings spread over three floors.
The challenge? Avoiding ceiling fixings due to the extensive technical infrastructure already in place.
Solutions
Working with the installer CDL, Arteck proposed a custom-made wall-mounting system with its San Diego ceiling baffles. Using metal angle brackets fixed to the walls, the baffles were installed without compromising the design aesthetic or the building’s technical constraints.
Results
- Creating welcoming, high-performing spaces that meet both technical requirements and aesthetic expectations.

Ceilings defined by suspended vertical acoustic baffles in an earthy clay tone, contrasting with the timber arches that mark the entrances to each office suite.
