Nubo Acoustic half‑cylinder module in rPET
Made from 12 mm rPET acoustic fibre, Nubo enhances acoustic comfort while giving ceilings a strong architectural identity. Its modular design adapts to various fit‑out constraints thanks to two installation configurations suitable for both renovations and new projects.
Design & installation : two approaches for a single architectural language
Designed as a modular system, Nubo is available in two installation modes to adapt the project to the building’s technical and aesthetic requirements.
Installation on false ceiling
The modules directly dress an existing false ceiling frame to create a draped ceiling while improving the room’s acoustics. This solution offers a simple and fast way to transform a standard ceiling without structural intervention.
Installation on suspended structure
Installed on a suspended structure, the modules create a floating ceiling offering greater design freedom. This configuration facilitates the integration of lighting, ventilation, sprinklers or technical equipment, while playing with heights and spatial perception. It also preserves easy access to technical networks.
The modules are complemented by rPET end caps, ensuring seamless visual continuity at the ends of the vaults.
Acoustic performance : a ceiling that absorbs while structuring the space
Made from 12 mm compact rPET acoustic fibre, Nubo modules contribute effectively to the acoustic optimisation of large volumes.
Their ceiling installation helps to :
- Reduce reverberation time
- Improve speech intelligibility
- Limit sound propagation in open spaces
- Integrate acoustic correction directly into the ceiling architecture
The suspended configuration further enhances performance by creating an air gap between the modules and the existing ceiling, while offering greater flexibility for integration.

Yes, our acoustic solutions are easy to maintain. We recommend dry cleaning with a hoover or soft cloth. For stains, a slightly damp cloth with neutral soap can be used.
At Arteck, we place the environment at the heart of our approach by offering acoustic solutions that comply with the most demanding ecological standards. Our products and materials are carefully selected to ensure minimal environmental impact and optimum quality.
- LEED & BREEAM certification: Our products contribute to achieving LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certification, two international benchmarks for sustainable buildings.
- IAC Gold (Indoor Air Comfort): Our acoustic solutions comply with IAC Gold certification, guaranteeing very low volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions and excellent indoor air quality.
- OEKO-TEX® : All our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® certified, free from harmful substances, ensuring total safety for users and compliance with environmental standards.
- FSC & PEFC-certified wood: Our wood elements come from sustainably managed forests and are FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) certified. These labels guarantee responsible management of forest resources.
- EPD sheets: Our entire range has EPD sheets, available on INIES, measuring the carbon impact of our products
- Recycled and recyclable materials: Our acoustic solutions are made from compact rPET fibres (derived from the recycling of plastic bottles), enabling a significant reduction in carbon footprint.
Our solutions are made from compact rPET fibres derived from the recycling of plastic bottles. This material is 100% recycled and recyclable, guaranteeing an excellent balance between acoustic performance and respect for the environment.
Our products are designed and manufactured in France, in our Miribel workshop, near Lyon. We make it a point of honour to promote local know-how and limit our carbon footprint.
We are part of the French Fab label.
Our products come with a five-year warranty against any manufacturing defect.
Our lead times vary depending on the type of product and the level of personalisation. On average, manufacturing and delivery take between four and six weeks after validation of the project. For urgent requests, please contact us to discuss ways of speeding things up.
