Apollo Wall‑Mounted Acoustic rPET Columns – Architectural Bas‑Relief

Apollo is a system of wall‑mounted acoustic columns made from rPET fibre, designed for vertical acoustic treatment in interior spaces.

Developed as an alternative to traditional wall panels, it provides effective reverberation control while introducing an architectural bas‑relief expression.
Intended for workspaces and public environments, Apollo structures walls through rhythm and volume without concealing the existing architecture.

Design & Relief: a Controlled Vertical Expression

Conceived as a visually prominent wall element, Apollo stands out through:

  • a cylindrical relief geometry that adds depth and rhythm to surfaces
  • a continuous vertical reading, ideal for high walls
  • two column widths, enabling varied compositions and visual pacing
  • a through‑coloured rPET finish, with optional wood‑print surfaces

By alternating widths and repeating modules, Apollo allows the creation of structured walls—either understated or expressive—depending on the project’s identity.

Acoustic Performance: Uniform Absorption on Vertical Surfaces

Made from 12 mm compact rPET acoustic fibre, Apollo delivers high acoustic absorption, with coefficients reaching 0.95 alpha‑sabine. Its wall‑mounted configuration allows:

  • effective reduction of reverberation and echo
  • improved speech intelligibility
  • acoustic treatment without occupying floor space
  • complementing existing ceiling treatments

Apollo is therefore a relevant solution for projects requiring strong acoustic performance, clear architectural expression, and structured vertical treatment.

Recommended Applications

Apollo naturally integrates into projects where walls contribute to both acoustic quality and spatial identity:

  • Workspaces: offices, meeting rooms, circulation areas
  • Hospitality & dining: hotel lobbies, restaurants, reception areas
  • Culture & public buildings: media libraries, auditoriums, exhibition spaces
  • Education: multipurpose rooms, lecture halls

Eco‑Responsibility & Arteck Commitments

Apollo is part of Arteck’s environmental approach:

  • recycled and recyclable rPET fibre made from repurposed plastic bottles
  • durable design suitable for long‑life projects
  • low‑emission materials (A+ VOC rating)
  • solution that avoids complex or invasive wall systems

Apollo combines high‑performance acoustic treatment, sculptural wall expression, and environmental responsibility—fully aligned with architectural specification requirements.

All our answers

Our products are designed and manufactured in France, in our Miribel workshop, near Lyon. We make it a point of honour to promote local know-how and limit our carbon footprint.
We are part of the French Fab label.

We apply rigorous controls throughout the manufacturing process. In addition, our products are laboratory tested to guarantee their acoustic efficiency and durability.

Yes, our acoustic solutions are easy to maintain. We recommend dry cleaning with a hoover or soft cloth. For stains, a slightly damp cloth with neutral soap can be used.

Our products are designed for indoor use and in normal humidity conditions. For very humid environments (swimming pool, sauna), we advise you to consult us in order to propose a suitable solution.

To prepare an accurate quote, we need the following information:

  • Detailed description of the project (dimensions, type of product required)
  • Aesthetic requirements (colour, branding)
  • Technical constraints (fire safety, installation environment)
  • Plans or sketches if available
